Chapter 59 Smooth Operator

"You\'ve been defeated, Zehar," I spoke my first words to him, maintaining a calm but icy tone. "You were supposed to be one of the strongest people in this place, yet you were defeated so easily."

"You were just lucky, bitch," he retorted defensively.

"Perhaps, but I won. The style in which you win may vary, but a victory retains its value, regardless of how you played the game." I spoke a quote which I lived by, then continued, "So because of that, from today onward, you will work for me and help me bring diplomacy to this place."

"Tsk, stop with that fucking bullshit. I know you\'re lying!" Zehar shot back.

"Alright, I won\'t force you to work for me, but I\'ll convince you somehow. So tomorrow, after we get released, please stay in our cell block. I have a surprise ready for you," I said with a sly grin.

"Sure..." he replied, seemingly intrigued by my words.

The rest of the day passed in silence as we impatiently waited for our release. Finally, tomorrow arrived, and I could finally leave the god damn juvenile hospital.

Just in time for lunch, our release occurred, and I headed straight to the cafeteria where my five boys were already enjoying their meal. I waited in line for a few minutes before being served. Then I joined them, sitting beside the group.

One of the boys couldn\'t help but ask, "You\'re finally out?"

"Yeah," I replied, beginning to eat, and then continued, "After we finish eating, spread rumors around our cell block that something big is about to happen, I want to gather as many people as possible to be present. Can you handle that?"

"Sure, piece of cake," they replied confidently.

After giving out the command I finished my meal, standing up with my tray in hand and went to the corner of the cafeteria to place my metal plates and trays. Then I returned to my cell block.

My stomach full, I knew I wouldn\'t endure the day without a nap. So without much thought, I went up the metal stairs to my cell and sank onto the bunk bed. Exhaustion overcame me swiftly, and I surrendered to the embrace of sleep, my worries and plans temporarily suspended.

A few hours later, I woke up, rising from my bed slowly. Stepping out of my cell, I leaned on the metal rail, looking down at the ground floor. To my surprise, my boys had delivered beyond expectations. The entire day room was filled with people, leaving no space to spare.

Chuckling to myself, I made my way further up the stairs to the second floor, leaning against the rail. Gathering everyone\'s attention, I let out a resounding scream, causing all the delinquents to look up at me.

They wondered what I was doing, "Shit is this bitch gonna jump and kill himself haahahah"

The juveniles burst out laughing waiting for me to kill myself in front of them. What a bunch of crazy kids they were.

"Ahem I ain\'t going to kill myself today, but I have gathered all of you here for one thing and one thing only!" I bellowed. "From this day till the day I leave this facility, I swear on my balls that I shall make all the gangs into one and bring diplomacy to this hellhole!! If I cannot achieve this goal, you can all kill me!!"

As the juveniles grew increasingly agitated, they began hurling random objects in my direction. Their anger was palpable as they shouted, "Who the fuck does this fucker think he is?!" "Get the fuck out of here bitch,"  "Diplomacy? The fuck even is that!"  "Jump motherfucker hahahaha!"

I noticed Damir, standing there stoically, observing me silently before leaving.

As for Zehar, he looked taken aback by the audacious proclamation.

Unfazed by the negative reactions, I stood my ground, my arm outstretched towards Zehar. "So, Zehar!! Join me, help me on this path I have chosen!!" I declared, feeling like a god.

Despite the initial outpouring of hostility, they slowly got bored of it and dispersed back to their activities and left me alone. Zehar seemed to be contemplating the proposal.

...

While lying on my bunk bed, Zehar popped his head down and said, "Dionis, alright, you\'ve convinced me. Your dedication is pure; I can sense it." He smiled, acknowledging the strength of my resolve.

Oh, how wrong he was. "Zehar, together we will achieve our dream and create peace for this juvenile prison!" I excitedly told him, raising my fist up.

"Yea!"

After he retreated his head back up, I couldn\'t help but let out a wicked smile that distorted my face. His assessment of my intentions was completely off the mark. I had no interest in being here just to bring diplomacy to a group of random people.

"But, Zehar, you should know that to bring true diplomacy to this place, you\'ll have to fight," I said, lying on my bed and gazing up at the bed above.

"Yeah, I know. I\'ll use force only when necessary," he replied calmly, mirroring my laid-back demeanor.

With the understanding between us established, we fell silent and soon drifted off to sleep.

When morning arrived, I slowly got up and sat on my bed, staring blankly at the wall, still feeling sleepy. After finally shaking off my drowsiness, I got up and headed downstairs, making my way to the shower area.

In the shower room, other delinquents were already washing themselves. I undressed and stepped into an open shower, letting the warm water cascade over my body.

As I reached for the soap, it slipped from my hand, and I instinctively bent down to pick it up. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain shooting through my...
